For the first blog post I have decided to post about where I get my books from. There is a site called Paperbackswap.com where you can get books for free basically. All you have to do is post books you no longer want on the site by putting the name and author or the isbn number. If someone wants the book, you wrap it in paper that they tell you to which contains the address of the receiving individual. The cool part about this system is that because it is media mail you don't have to pay as much as you normally would to ship a book. On average, I only pay around three dollars to ship a book. I personally use this site to complete series that I own, because you can do that. To request a book all you have to do is find the book you want, through search or isbn numbers, and if it is posted it says "Order this book". If the book you want isn't there you can always put it on a wishlist, where you can choose if you want it to auto-request or just give you a fair warning. And if you don't want to wait for someone to post your book, you can always look on their market where you can get reduced priced books. The system that this site uses is points, so unless you want to buy points you can earn them, usually, through trading books. As I recall new members get a point and after you post your initial ten books you will receive another. This is a really awesome site And I would highly recommend it, sign up is free and if you would like you can add me as your friend at the username Ta4taful. This is not sponsored or anything by the way. If you guys have any other places that you go for cheap good quality books tell me below and I will check it out.
